Matchmaking In Scale

Who is this meant for?

Marja is a HR manager at Secomm, an IT company specialised in internet security. She believes that their 300 employees have enough knowledge to support each other’s growth. She is interested in rolling out a buddy program, to match up peer groups who can support each other.

What problems persists?

It is not clear how Marja hopes to match up these employees. She has very limited time to set things up. She knows that the top down approach won’t be appreciated by employees.

How WeQu is used?

300 employees use the WeQu App to create profiles of their personal and professional qualities, based on inputs from direct colleagues as well as friends. To give a complete input to someone, It takes not more than three minutes. With the WeQu profile, it becomes clear how to make right matches. Each employee makes a shortlist of qualities. “Qualities I would like to learn more and improve”. “Qualities that I can offer to coach somebody”. Based on those shortlist, Marja was able to provide a complete and interesting matchmaking structure.
